EquoNova® strives to complete services within the timeframes agreed upon with the client, as indicated in the quote or during prior discussions. However, these timeframes are indicative only and do not constitute a firm commitment.

We cannot be held responsible for delays due to events beyond our control, such as customer unavailability, technical constraints, weather conditions, or other exceptional circumstances.

EquoNova®'s responsibility for the service begins at the time of completion of the service or delivery of the agreed deliverables, and is understood within the framework of the terms defined in the quote accepted by the client.

All content on the EquoNova® website, including but not limited to text, images, videos, graphics, logos, designs, presentations, models, documents and materials related to the provision of services, are the property of EquoNova® or its partners and are protected by French and international laws on copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights.
